Tell your Valentine how unforgettable they are by making a Valentine Elephant craft!
An Elephant never forgets, and a mama never forgets how much she loves her babies and big kids. To celebrate Valentine's Day this year, why not get a little crafty with your baby or child and create a card for someone special? Big kids can paste the hearts and shapes onto the card to make an Elephant shape, use a toilet paper tube shaped into a heart as a stamp on paper, and babies can use their footprint for the Elephant trunk.
SUPPLIES:
- cardstock or paper
- foam hearts OR paper hearts cut out (easier for little hands)
- glue, scissors, sparkles, crayons, paint
- toilet paper roll shaped into heart (for stamping)
DIRECTIONS:
For the Elephant, arrange two hearts sideways for it's BIG ears, a heart for the head, and either a footprint for the trunk OR a "J" shape cut-out. Add some eyes, decorate, or do some stamping with the toilet paper roll!
