Treasure Sensory Instrument

September 14, 2014momstownCraftNo comments
Create your very own ADORABLE treasure sensory instrument. Great for sensory play for babies, or toddlers!

Fairy Tale month continues, and our Baby Picassos program is busy making up these bejewelled treasure sensory instruments. We love that this bottle is found at the dollar store and is PLASTIC to avoid breaking, and that the cap is hot glued shut to keep little fingers from emptying it on the floor.

You can use this shaker as an instrument, or as an eye spy game for your toddler on the go! It's colourful, and easy for little hands to hold. Best of all, you can save all the extra dyed rice from this project for a sensory bin… Or invite some friends over and make a bunch of these together to share the fun!
